Barbara Newman Mannix

Over the last 20 years, Barbara Newman Mannix has helped develop some of the most recognized trends in American merchandising. Her spearhead sense has established her as the "go to" person for identifying consumer business trends and delivering what the public wants and needs. Her ability to match needs with answers assures her nationally-known clients are continually well served.

These skills became invaluable in March of 2006 when Barbara's husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. At that critical time, she utilized the same no-nonsense techniques she used in merchandising, to efficiently navigate the toughest markets in the health care, insurance, legal and financial services industries, for the benefit of her family.

This intricate and time-consuming process must be approached with experience and ingenuity. Barbara has previously taken on this responsibility for other family and friends. During the process of obtaining the help her family required, she identified the need for a service that would narrow down the complicated field of available resources ultimately fitting each family's specific requirements.

Barbara created A Dignified Life LLC to provide professional assistance in contacting appropriate specialists and services required to satisfy today's changing needs. Barbara's husband died in September of 2006. She and her twins live in New York's Hudson Valley.
